Multiple Checklists for JIRA - DoR and DoD

Our team uses the Multiple Checklists for JIRA plugin, to keep track of both the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) of our Stories. We add the DoR on each Story automatically when it is created and the DoD when the Story is set to status In Progress.

Adding "Multiple Checklists for JIRA" to our card layout means we now see a total sum of DoR and DoD on our cards: If both are 10 items long, the cards now show "10/20" (10 out of 20 checked).

Is it possible to only show the DoR checklist on the 'backlog' card layout and only show the DoD checklist on the 'active sprints' card layout? I see some of our older checklists in the selection dropdown on the card layout settings page (see screenshots), but not our newer checklists. Do I need to regenerate that list somehow?

EDIT: The older project checklist template "GP - DOD" is also not visible in the dropdown, so it might be project-related problem? However, global checklist templates "Global DoD" and "Global DoR" are also not in the dropdown, and "Release deployment (customer environments)" is listed as "DoD Release Deployment (customer env)" so that suggests I need to refresh the dropdown list somehow.

Hi Ewa, thanks for getting back to me. Odd that you report your plugin can only show all checklists: When configuring the Card Layout, I can see some of our older global checklist templates. I've added clarifying screenshots to the question, can you take a look?

I apologise for the delay in my response. If possible, I recommend contacting us through our service desk portal here. Is it possible that there was a Jira issue field created with the same name as the checklist? Which Jira version are you currently using? 

I will consult this matter with our team and get back to you with an answer as soon as I learn more.
