Move files from Jira Cloud Project to Dropbox

Hello,

Our clients create tickets through Jira service desk cloud add mandatory files. We then process those files internally with scripts on a local server. The server is looking in a Dropbox folder, find a new file, grabs it, does some magic and then spits out a new version with a  different file extension.

It needs the file, not a pointer to a file or web link.

Our users currently download the attachment, then move it into a Dropbox folder, which the server is monitoring.

I'd like to automate the movement of these files. I'm not a programmer, but I can have a crack if someone can help point me to a solution, or perhaps a plugin in the marketplace?

Tray.io seems to be able to do this but the pricing doesn't return value.
