Does anybody know if it is possible to configure Tempo's time log options, so that a user is unable to log time less than 15 minutes?
A consultancy is using Jira Service Management and Tempo Timesheets for clients' issues, and their agreement is that even though a Supporter only uses 5 minutes on a ticket the minimum log time is 15 minutes.
Therefore it would be great if Tempo prevents the Supporter from logging anything less than 15 minutes or automatically rounds up to nearest quarter (e.g. if the Support logs 20 minutes, then automatically set the time registration to 30 minutes)
I am unable to find this in the Tempo documentation.
