Manage Status Color_Status Name Icon

Please guide us how to set the Status Name icon by using Status Colour Add Ons.

We have set the Color for both Default and Custom Status, but while display the reports in Dashboard the Status name displayed twice. For more clarification please refer the attached image

For Status as "Inprogress" image icon gets displayed. Where as for Backlog image not displayed and status name gets displayed twice. the same issues for Custom Status name

Please help us how to set the status image icon.

Anyone please give solution for the above question. I have configurated  ManageStatus color addons as per the help guide given in jira.  Still its very difficult to identify where we needs to upload the image.
