Make field required inside Table based on other field

Hi,

I have a table grid field and the table has 5 columns.
1st  column is a drop down and remaining 4 are text columns.
Based on the value selected in the drop down column i want to make the remaining columns required and optional.

Please let me know how to achieve this.
