Magic estimation lite doesn't saving the estimation result

Hi there please help me to get out from this, i want to save the estimation but getting this error , and the mentioned steps didnt help

My apologies for the inconvenience you faced with our software.
It sounds like Jira should be configured before using our app. Usually, there are 2 main cases:

1. If you can edit the selected estimation field manually from issue details, but not from Magic Estimations, most likely the problem is in the Issue screens:

2. If you can not edit the selected estimation field manually from the issue details, it sounds like a problem with the Issue layout:

I understand that you’ve already tried some of the steps above, but it must be one of those.
