I'm implementing Jira Service Management for a customer.
Among the requirements I am asked to populate a field that contains all the assignees of the ticket.
I noticed that when I change the assignee, a comment like this is added in the history:
Is there a way to call the "addetti alla risposta" and be able to write them to a custom field?

For this, you'll need a third-party app such as JMWE.
With JMWE, you can write an "Event-based action" that will react to changes to the Assignee field and add the new assignee to your custom field.
