Link between Zendesk and JIRA IDs (JIRA app in Zendesk)
Hello,
I'm trying to find a way to export a file where I would have both Zendesk and JIRA IDs when the tickets are linked together.
It seems there is no way to obtain that, except if you have a solution?
In the screenshots, what I see on my side, from Zendesk and JIRA.
