I want to know if i can give an viewer access for our customers without impact of our user limit ?

Viewer are they free ?

I think you're going to have to be specific as to which Atlassian product you want viewer access without impacting licenses.

Yeah that's right, just give access for some people (view mode) without impacting our licence number.

It's possible ?

We need JIRA PREMIUM or STANDARD can also do that ?

For viewing actual issues in Jira, I don't believe it's possible.
