I have Salesforce and Jira connected. I make a new SF case, then create a Jira ticket with the same title, description etc.
I am trying now to get a new Jira comment, when saved, to create a new Case comment.
I have 'Allow Automatic Push' and 'Allow Automatic Pull' switched on.
I have mapped the Jira Comment to the SF Case Internal Comments with the Sync Direction pointing to the Salesforce field.
When testing I get no new Case comment.

Any ideas?
Thanks.

Hi Mark!

I'm Felipe from the Appfire support team. Regarding to your question:

By default, mapping the comments-page field is not supported by the connector. So I recommend you to delete this mapping.
Also, Comment sync is only supported for the Case Object

More information on how to sync Jira comments with cases can be found in the following documentation https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/x/qCMPH

If you have further questions do not hesitate to contact us!
Best Regards
Felipe

Welcome to the community, @Mark Mulrooney  👋

Which Atlassian Marketplace product are you using to integrate Salesforce with Jira? Unless I’m missing it, you didn’t specify.
