Can someone please assist. We have email notifications configured within our Jira Service Management account, we also make use of the "Notification Assistant for Jira" plugin to send emails to a list of recipients (4 to be specific).
3 of the 4 users receive the emails, one of the users simply does not. I have whitelisted the jira@nafjc.com email address still with no luck.
Has anyone else struggled with this? Is there something im missing? It has worked before but suddenly stopped working.
