Jira Cloud for Spreadsheets failed authentication

Hi, Jira community! I try to install the Jira Cloud for the Spreadsheets add-on.

I press the Connect button. http://joxi.ru/DmBwEMnSqDevK2

Then I press the Accept. http://joxi.ru/Vm6Gbnvt3PeQl2

Then I see an error: Something went wrong with the consent flow http://joxi.ru/823qjRbFzdegPr

I have an installed Spreadsheets app In the Jira Cloud http://joxi.ru/p270LXOTLXepoA

Can somebody help me?

I'm receiving the same issue, as of around midday today. No issue prior to that.

Can anyone assist?

The same happens to my connector in my excel spreadheets as well. I have been successfully entering automatically generated code to access my Jira projects to pull data into my excel sheets, now all of a sudden I started getting

Something went wrong with the consent flow

with no error code, no reason code and no further description/explanation.

Please help.

Same issue here

I'm having the same issue...

But I managed to export the data from Jira using CSV

I ran into the same issue, where I keep getting Consent error.

But I got it to work out.

It looks like the code, can end up being the problem, if it first gives the error, I could not get it to work after.

Closing down excel and restarting the sheet, gav me a new code, and with this I got access.

hope this helps some of us.

I also have a workaround. Logout of Jira completely, and then Refresh Data on Excel. This time login screen appears as  part of the consent flow as it is expected to be and then everything's back to normal.

I do get this error on and off though. And this is how I handle it currently.

People, I'm having the same problem. It performed the process successfully, but after a few days it started to give an error. Does anyone have the solution?

Howdy Y'all,

Thanks for reporting this issue, and we have tracked down the elements causing this error and are pushing out a fix for this real soon.

I created the following Bug report to track the progress please add yourself as a watcher if you would like to receive updates on the status of the bug report:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/API-558

Regards,
Earl

Hi Earl.

I notice the bug report has now been closed - it appears to only address the Jira Cloud for Excel app though.

I'm using the Jira Cloud for Google Sheets app, and I am still experiencing issues.

Is the fix meant to have applied to Jira Cloud for Google Sheets too?

Thanks,

Brad

In fact, I can still find Jira Cloud for Sheets as a plugin in Google Workspace Marketplace, but I can no longer find it in Atlassian Marketplace. Has is been removed by Atlassian?

@Earl McCutcheon Can you clarify this query? I've been unable to access Jira Cloud for Google Sheets for a fortnight now. I'm supposed to be using it to support important business functions.
