JETI is not sending any manual emails to users/ customers outside our Jira cloud site users. Few weeks ago it was sending the emails fine but now the issue has risen and I am not able to configure where the issue is. The email log in the issue screen shows that the email has been sent, but the users ae not receiving emails.
fyi...Currently we are using only the Manual Email Button from JETI in the issue screen for sending the emails. Please help in resolving this issue.
The very first thing to make sure about in this case is that you're using a production-ready SMTP server to deliver outgoing emails.
The Cloud version of Email This Issue has a built-in evaluation SMTP server, however, this is not designed to be used in a production environment.
Outgoing Mail Connections can be set up below Email This Issue Administration / Outgoing Mail Connections.
