The issue we've encountered while using the Test Management for JIRA (JIRA DC) instance. Specifically, when attempting to import Excel files containing test cases, we have observed discrepancies with user names in the assignee column.
Some users' names are displaying correctly, while for others, we are seeing entries such as "JIRAUSER--" instead of the expected user names.
Hi @Deepit Dua and welcome to the community,
Kindly view this thread https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/After-EXPORT-option-Assignee-and-Reporter-names-are-not-appeared/qaq-p/1326505 which most likely this happens due to GDPR or due to the fact that certain usernames are not unique.
Let me know if that helped!
Hi @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ ,
Thanks for your response. In this case, some users' unique id name are displaying correctly, while for others, we are seeing entries such as "JIRAUSER--" instead of the expected unique id names.
