Installing Project Velocity app

Has anyone had any luck or troubles with being able to try the 30-day app "Project Velocity Dashboard"? My IT department swears they installed it, but I do not find it in my list of apps. Any feedback or tips for installing this and any feedback on the app itself? I don't see instructions how to get started in this app.
