Insight Discovery - Utilizing it for Azure Discovery

I'm looking at attempting to discovery our Azure environment - I have downloaded the Azure Integration plugin - installed it.  I see the one page with instructions on setting up the configuration - but I'm missing the concept - not understanding what I need to do.  I see the article at https://confluence.atlassian.com/insightapps/setting-up-insight-azure-integration-1085180729.html    But - if that is for the Azure side, how do I start a discovery from the Jira side.  Insight Discovery doesn't have the setup for Azure that I see.  I'm not seeing what I need to do on the Jira side ( Data Center).  

Any Guidance?
