I want to use Test Automation feature of ZephyrForJIRA where not able select Reporter and Assignee

I want to use the Test Automation(ATOM) of the Zephyr For JIRA 

But while creating the task I am not able to select "assignee" and "reporter" as "reporter" is a mandatory field for automation task creation.

I am not able to assign test execution and test cycle execution to anybody.

I am getting error as 

{"errorType":"ERROR","clientMessage":"Missing parameter: xdm_e","errorCode":151}

Can someone have the solution for this problem?

Getting the same when trying to execute a test... Anyone with any clues?

Could any one of you help me resolving this issue.. because I am facing the same problem.
