I need to have multiple layers in my custom field, how can I do that in JSM?

I am working on creating screens and custom fields for my company's request types and currently I need the ability to add a second layer of questions for example:

Did you sign off this document? Yes/No (If Yes, then a pop up will show asking something else like: Did you make a copy or something?)

Can you please help with that?

You could use the new Forms to do conditional formatting on your request forms. Have a look at this Lightening Talk about the new Forms and also check out the Forms group here in the community.
