I am trying to access my Nagios monitoring system and wanted to reflect Nagios data on Jira

I have addded the add-on Nagios for Jira but it is failing to get the connection status of Nagios system.I am using Jira 7.10.2 and Nagios add on 1.3.Has anyone got stucked with simialr issue
