When trying to setup SonarQube Connector for Jira I get the message that project does not exist. But it surly does as I have shown in the screen shots.
I have followed the guide, but that does not help me, can you help me?
Regards
Jens Peter Jensen
Hi Jens!
Did you setup your token for SonarQube/SonarCloud on settings?
If token is not set (or is from a user without permissions on that project) it will not work.
On the other hand, if you are using a SonarQube instance and Jira Server or Data Center, you should know that your SonarQube server must be available on the same network of your Jira instance. Your Jira instance should be able to see the SonarQube server.
If you are using Jira Cloud, your SonarQube server should be available to the server where the SonarQube Connector for Jira Cloud is located. If you are filtering the ip addresses that can access your SonarQube server then you should add the SonarQube Connector server address to your whitelist.
Hope that this helps you!
Best regards.
Hi Antonio,
How do we determine the SonarQube Connector server address?
Is it always the same address? I would expect it to be in a range.
Thanks in advance!
