Hi Atlassian Community!!
Have you ever browsed the Atlassian Marketplace, clicked on an app, peeked at some reviews and thought… ”Wow, that review is super helpful. They must really like the product!” Or maybe you came across one and thought, “This doesn’t make sense. Why is this a review?”

Did it solve for a use-case?
Did it have any missing functionality?
Are they happy with the level of support?
Was there good documentation? Was it easy to set up?
Are they happy overall with the product?
How long have they been using it?
Did they decide to leave? Why?

Wrong product (or wrong deployment)

All this information is helpful to both your fellow app customers and the app vendors themselves. Help us add to the list of best practices by leaving your thoughts in the comments below. What do you look for in an app review that you wish most people knew?
