monday.com for Confluence embeds monday.com boards into Confluence Cloud pages to break silos and keep everyone on the same page about the progress of… whatever it is you’re managing with monday.com

Besides the classic boards that have become the product’s visual trademark, the app can currently embed the following views:

Calendars

Timelines

Workloads

Charts

And more will become available soon, including gantt charts!

Embedding the boards is really simple. Once you grab the shareable link, you can:

  • Simply paste the link

  • Use the command /monday

  • Launch the app from the macro menu

The embeds are fully responsive to the width of your macro in Confluence.

A family of integration apps to make Confluence a true knowledge platform

An important barrier preventing to centralize knowledge in Confluence is that many corporate applications don’t integrate too well with it. Snapshots from those applications are often carried over to Confluence with still images that are immediately outdated.

To solve this problem, resolution is launching a family of embed apps that can make Confluence your single source of truth for documenting what’s going on in your company, independently of what application is being used to handle that parcel of work.

(For full disclosure, you should know that I'm the content marketing person at resolution.)

monday.com for Confluence is only the first member of this family, with more to follow over the coming weeks and months.

Thanks for your comment, @Alexis Robert!

What other applications would be on your wishlist of integrations into Confluence?

Jean Zhang July 16, 2021

Very useful, it would be better if it grants permission to edit monday.com board inside the embedded window on confluence page

Doesn't work for me. It only pastes the link as text. Any reason you can see why?

Can you use this integration to embed Monday Dashboards into confluence as well?

How to add monday to the macro menu in confluence?

ingrid.berendt February 2, 2023

Monday has added the ability to create stand-alone dashboards, in addition to the dashboard view. But it looks like this plug-in doesn't support that stand-alone dashboard. Can you confirm? And if no, please consider this a request to support.

Also - it would be helpful to provide more guidance on the 'tweak the height' feature. I assume those are pixel values? Can you suggest some values so filling out that field doesn't require so much trial and error? Thanks.
