How to import SQL Managed Instances and ApplicationGateways from Azure via Insight?

Hi there,

I was a bit surprised that not "all" objects from Azure actually were listed inside Insight import even after enabling "all" object types.

I assume that some are missing - but why - wasn't able find a proper answer.
Too many, require manual template, technically not possible - no idea.

TLTR:
- How can one actually import managed instances (of e.g. an MS SQL Server managed instance) and Application Gateways to Insight? Right now they are simply missing.
- In Insight 'all' import templates are active
- I've looked for guides "for that particular case" but didn't find anything useful (so far), thus the request
