How to get time in status data on the Jira card layout?

Let's talk about managers' work. How many Jira tasks do they solve every week? How do they like using add-ons? Almost every manager sinks into regular/no regular/repetitive tasks. They are responsible for a particular team, performance, results, and communication. How can they handle all of these responsibilities? A significant amount of tasks is the answer to why managers choose third-party plugins to track Jira time in status. And what is more important – they should monitor the workflow process and delays.

For example, you should track the Jira time spent by each team member, but it takes lots of time to monitor it. If you want to simplify Jira time reporting, try Time in Status for Jira Cloud. How to add the Jira Custom field on the Card layout? 

First of all, install Time in Status for Jira Cloud from the Atlassian Marketplace and follow these short instructions below:

  1. Click the three dots in the top right corner and go to the Board settings1 (5).png
  2. Click Card layout. 2 (6).png
  3. Choose the necessary board where you have activated the Custom field from the drop-down list in the Field name. Then click the Add button. 3 (4).png
  4. Go to the Project Board and monitor Jira time in status data directly on the Card layout. 4 (4).png

Note! Access to the board settings may be restricted, and you should contact your administrator if necessary.
