How to add validator "contains x word"

Hello!

We want to add a validator to the create transition of a workflow so request types cannot be created if the custom field "Link" does not contain "contract". It may have additional text before and after the word "contract". We have tried using validators but we are not able to find this option.

Can anyone help? Thank you so much!

What type of field is "link" and what validators have you tried to use?

It is a short text custom field and we tried to use the Regular Expression Check validator in the workflow. However we don't know how to set the condition "contains the word "contract"":
