How do I restrict component list options based on custom field selection

Using scriptrunner for cloud, is it possible to limit the component field options based on another custom field selection.

EX: Custom field "ITH Category" is a single select field that has REACH, IWA, Classic, Infrastructure as options. 

IWA would have components: Integration, SN4, Analytics TokBox, IOS

Classic would have components: Analytics, SN3, CA1, FMS2
