How do I download OTJ Jira for outlook - get error?
Currently I have Jira Cloud and I use Microsoft 365 Outlook. How do I download OTJ Jira for outlook because I keep getting an "Install Failed" error as shown below? Also is it free? If not is there a free version?

Still get error when trying to download. I have the below MS Outlook 365 version.
