How define group can see gadget filter result but no his issues detail

I have some dashboard with the gadget "SumUp filter gadget" like this :

I have also some group wich users can see this global result (datas hidden by red are confidencial), but shouldn't see the detail (the issues in the result).

How can I do this ? Is it possible ?

Else, I think I have to code a web services...

No, it's good practice to hide derived information when the user can not see the base data it is derived from.

My context is :

We have budgets for some projects.

And the people who gave the budgets don't have to see the detail, but they sould see the budget consumed.

This consumed budget is the total of the field TTC calculated by the SumUp gadget in my screenshot (hidden by the red).

What can I do with that ?
