How can I Change a Initial Status to another Status that I created

I created a Change workflow and set Initial Status as "Open". I have added another Status part of the same workflow "QA to Certify" which I wanted to use as the INITIAL Status and remove the Open status option. When I tried removing the Open status it says "READ Only - Initial Status Cannot be Deleted".

Is there an option that I can set the "QA to Certify" as my work flow initial Status? Please confirm.

Hi @Rangarajan Parthasarathy,

Yes, you can.

• First go to the workflow diagram mode
• Find the "Create" transition that goes to "Open" status.
• Click to arrow and move it to the "QA to Certify"
• Finalize your worklow configuration for other statuses.
• Than publish.
