HR Employee Cards in Jira

Hi everyone! Today I would like to share with you the experience of the company where I'm working.

Our organization was constantly recruiting and onboarding employees for different departments. We needed to store employees data and used external resources such as spreadsheets, Google Drive, DropBox for this purpose.

Considering that the primary working tool for setting and monitoring the execution of tasks is Jira, we decided to develop a separate add-on that would help us store extended information about our employees inside Jira Cloud.

Let me introduce our new product - HRM: Employee User Profile.

Using this plugin, you can:

• Keep track of all data about colleagues
• Store information about the employee without leaving Jira pages
• Get extended access to employee information using additional sections and fields.
• Add more details with ready-made templates and fields of the necessary sections (Personal info, Contacts, Employee, Inventory, Notes)

You have presented a very convenient system! I think it is worthy of implementation in many companies. Unfortunately, it isn't easy to find a sensible and responsible HR manager who would sort data and conduct interviews correctly.
Previously, I had to perform the functions of HR and accountant because I did not know how to delegate authority at all. But then I hired specialists and started to create a paystub to avoid wasting time filling it out manually.
This allowed me to save a lot of time. You know, when you're young, it seems that you can do everything alone, but it's not like that.
