Currently, any JIRA used which open a JIRA issue with a template for the first time have to open a specific page to allow several access to the "issue templates agent" Apps.
Is it possible to globally allow the access to all the JIRA user in order to get ride of this manual step for each user ?
@Kate Pawlak _Appsvio_ any chance to make those requested permissions a bit more rational? Jira configuration and project configuration level access just to display template is a bit too much and raises a lot of security concerns.
@Filip We have added a detailed explanation of what each permission is needed for: https://docs.appsvio.com/issue-templates-agent-for-jira/security-statement#:~:text=What%20permission%20does%20the%20app%20require%3F.

Hi @Corentin HACHE ,
I'm from Appsvio - creator of the Issue Templates Agent for Jira app. This is current limitation from the Atlassian Forge - a platform on which this app is built on. Unfortunately, every user has to confirm this agreement. But we know from Atlassian team that they're working on presenting this screen only for administrator when the app is installed. It should change soon. Here you can find an article from our knowledge base with details: https://appsvio.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3/article/1047527711?src=932319311.
You can create a support ticket on our customer portal (https://appsvio.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3). We'll update you immediately when this change is released.

@Corentin HACHEI'm excited to inform you that the Allow access dialog is not longer available, so the user experience would have increased. Please update our app to the latest version.
