Generate Test Execution Reports with the QARAJ Addon for Jira

A software testing report prepared after any type of testing is conducted is one of the prerequisites of a reputable software testing platform. The test automation report is a blueprint that demonstrates how the script was run. It displays the scripts that were run, the stages in the test script that were run, the execution time, the check points that passed or failed, the actual results, and more. Whether the test executions pass or fail, the test execution report should be informative enough to highlight it all.

In the field of quality management, reporting is an important aspect of the development lifecycle. The success and survival of the proposed test automation system is also dependent on how well the reporting mechanism is implemented. Reports can be text-based or graphical in nature. Reports can be used to monitor test case coverage of requirements, see trends in test execution outcomes, or display problems linked with a certain test plan. The most typical report requirements for quality management are met by embedded reporting capabilities with a test management tool.
