Forward a FORM as an attachment to an email address using Automation

Hi, Is it possible to configure Jira Automation to attach a FORM to an email notification?

 

Use case.

FORM created for HR Service Desk for New Starters

Once submitted this should be attached as a pdf as and attachment and sent to the IT Service Desk to configure accounts.

Hi, @Matthew Willmore !

To share Form externally, you can use Smart Jira Forms add-on. You need to fill in the form and add it to the Jira issue. After that, you can add URL to the email.

As soon as an external user fills out the form, you`ll get this information inside the Jira issue as an attachment. Learn more about it in our documentation

Thanks for this Karyna,

With the native 'Form' option built into Jira now along with Automation I was hoping there might be a solution whereby we don't have to purchase yet another add-on. Any ideas on that?
