Extender structure cloud does not show all the issue links

Hi everyone,

I start use Structure module and can't see all linked issues  to epic. There is linked Issue from another Jira

In the Structure I can't see this link

Hello @Dainius ,

Welcome to the Community! 

If I understand correctly, the issues you do not see in the structure are from a separate instance of Jira.  

At the moment, Structure is not able to build a hierarchy with issues linked from another Jira.

We do have a task related to this in our backlog and I have added your vote.  I will follow up as soon as there is an update to share.
