Email issue Preview is not working& comment is not included in the mail.

Dear All,

When i try to email an issue , the preview in the email section is not working even for  admin also(me) user as well. If i proceed with that, i'm receiving the issue but the comments which made on the issue is not included in the Email issue. Kindly assist me to Proceed as i requested.
