EazyBI export Jira Assets data with CSV

Hi,

 I've been trying to export Jira Assets data trough EazyBI with CSV, but for some reason I can't seem to find the setting or even create something that looks similar.

So I imported all the data for one of our Object Schema's (around 1500 objects). Can anyone give me any pointers how to counter this? We are trying to achieve this on the Cloud instance.

As this is for an App, I'd also consider contacting the vendor directly.
