Dynamic Forms for Jira Cloud is finally here!

Hi Folks!

Have you heard? From now on, our Dynamic Forms app is finally available also on Jira Cloud. This is the moment everyone has been waiting for! It means that all our most popular products are currently on Cloud hosting.

The new release is a Cloud version of well-known Dynamic Forms for Data Center/Server but, thanks to Atlassian, created with a whole new technology. Whilst cooperating closely with Atlassian, we used Forge jira:uiModifications to develop Dynamic Forms Cloud. Thanks to this, we can proudly say that the application’s user experience is even better than before. For example, you can set up rules for native Jira fields right from the start and benefit from the advantages of dynamic fields in your Jira forms. Our app makes creating forms easier and more effective. The dynamic configuration minimizes manual work for you and your team members.

Extend the possibilities of your Jira tool and ask your customers about relevant fields only. With our plugin, you can control the visibility of fields, based on the values that you set up before in other fields.

How can Dynamic Forms for Cloud support your team’s work?

  • Reduce the cognitive load of your team members! Optimize ticket creation indicators by making shorter, user-friendly forms with only relevant fields.

  • Provide your coworkers with tickets that are always filled with all necessary data. Save time that your team needed to spend on asking additional questions to clear things up before.

  • Improve work efficiency with the Dynamic Fields feature which prevents showing too many fields for your users.

Sound interesting? It is totally free until the end of the year! Check it out yourself on the >>Atlassian Marketplace<<!

Hi,

thanks for sharing the tool and its abilities.

It states that it's free till end of the year, which is good, but my question is - if we like it and would like to use it after end of this year, how the pricing will be set? This is something that we need to know before we start testing and then using it, as it's a matter of budget.

Thank you in advance.

Hi @Gloria Stoilova
I didn't notice your message earlier. The pricing of course depends on your tier. It starts at 0.5$ per user and gets lower with the bigger tiers.

Did you finally try Dynamic Forms?

Are there plans to create cloud versions of Secure Select and Select Options Mapper?

Hi @Clyde Moseley ,

yes, we are going to introduce secured fields also. This is one of the nearest plans but I can't give a more precise date yet.

We are NOT going to introduce the mapper field as we have a "Set Value" feature, which already works in a similar way. You can use a native Custom Field and map a value to it like you would do that at Server / Data Center. However, we want to further develop "Set Value" so that you can take values from other fields and inject them into selected ones.

Here you can find our public roadmap: https://trello.com/b/D2VPCRhk/cloud-dynamic-forms-roadmap

Let me know if you have any further questions.
