I am meeting quite difficulties while working on the Description Template.
The inquiries are following so please help me out.
1. Template Management
For adding the feature of Description Template, is it possible to manage categories of groups (Projects, Service Desk, etc) individually? If so, how?
2. Buttons of "Set Desc" and "Save"
Seek to set the 1 column or tab for each issue and also not showing the relevant column or tab to other users (Only the System Administrator could manage/edit the setting for Default message)
