Dashboards using Zephyr Scale gadgets display incorrect data

Hi, I am using Zephyr Scale addon to JIRA as my test management tool. When generate reports in JIRA (Dashboards) using Zephyr gadgets, the report displays incorrect data.

I use the same gadget within Zephyr scale (with the same configuration/ filters) and I am able to get the correct data in the report.

Why would it be different?

Has anyone experienced this issue.
