I have donloaded crucible-export-1.6.2.jar file and has kept in CRUCI_HOME/var/plugins/user directory .Now when I run http://localhost:8060/plugins/servlet/export , its throwing an error saying

"You are running release CR3.0.1 FE3.0.1 (20130606055351 2013-06-06), please report your release number when reporting bugs."

For Crucible 3.0.1 ,there is no special instructions given ,and I am assuming that this release supports this plugin. Then what could be the problem?

Hi Pragya,

This plugin is only compatible with Crucible 1.5 and 1.6, as can be seen here:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CRUCIBLE026/Crucible+Reporting+plugin

It is not compatible with Crucible 3.0.1, so please remove this jar from CRUCI_HOME/var/plugins/user.

The purpose of that plugin seems to be to allow generating a consolidated report of a review.

Nowadays the Review History feature is available, and it even allows you to export the history as CSV.

I hope this helps!
