Connect App Webhook Renewal on Expiry

We have created the connect app with webhooks using the static json app descriptor file https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/security-for-connect-apps/#about-the-app-descriptor 

Is the webhooks created using the above method has any expiration date?  

we think https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/webhooks/#webhook-expiration is applicable only for the dynamic webhooks created using RestAPI and not for the webhooks that are created using the app descriptor(the one we are doing)? Could you please confirm?
