Configuration Manager - How to deploy snapshots

Hello everyone, 

We are currently migrating a project from our former integrator's Jira Server to our own Jira Cloud. 

I am not admin on the Jira Server and I am admin on the Jira Cloud. 

Our former integrator provided us with Snapshots files. 

I installed Configuration Manager on our Jira however I cannot seem to find a procedure that matches what I see on my Jira. 

For instance here, explanations are very clear, however here is what I have on my end:

And I cannot proceed any further since I cannot point to my own Cloud. 

I know I am missing something obvious here but I don't know how to move forward to import our previous Server project into ou Jira Cloud.
