Cloning Test Runs in Qmetry doesn't add the latest version of the test cases

I have a regression test set up each sprint, but test cases are being constantly updated.

When cloning the regression test run, it does not seem to be picking up the updated version of the test cases. Does anyone know how I can clone the test run but get the latest version of the test cases to attach.
