Cannot Login to Customer Care

Hi,

   i try to login to our Customer Care, configured by External Link, but after press login (with right credentials) i receive "Can't perform requested action, please try again later." 

 

In console.log of browser is present this message "invoked service: response : XSRF check failed status : 403"

 

Can you kindly help me?
