Can't install Automation

Hi, I can't install Automation. When I put "Start free trial" it opens the web https://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/upm/marketplace/plugins/com.codebarrel.addons.automation and goes to the second screen below.

I also tried going to "Buy now" but it's the same. Someone knows which is the problem?

Hi Matias,

Are you the technical or billing contact for your Atlassian account? You can check this at https://my.atlassian.com/.  If not, can you get them to try to install Automation for Jira again please?

Otherwise you can also try searching for "Automation for Jira" in 'Manage add-ons' in your Jira instance's global admin section and hitting install there.

If that doesn't work, then you'll have to get some help from Atlassian for this problem since it seems to be an Atlassian Marketplace installation issue: https://support.atlassian.com/

Hi Andreas,

yes I'm the main admin, technical and billing contact. I realized that I cant't install any app. 

The "Manage add-ons" page is the same than the second pic of the post above.

I'll try with the support.
