CUSTOMERS not able to see Service Desk Project issues in Jira Issues Module

Edited

Can we not add Jira Service Desk project to Jira issues module.

Is the Jira issues Module only for Licensed users?

I have added Service desk project filter to Jira issues module..

CUSTOMERS are not able to see issues in that Module..

Is that the know Behaviour.

FYI, We are adding ALL customers to ONE Organization and All Issues to that ONE organization by default. Then as every one are allowed to all issues in the project, Can we make Jira issues Module work for Service Desk Projects.

Could you please help ASAP.

Thanks
MADHU

Could you explain what you mean by "jira issues module"?
