Both Big Gantt does not allow export with Big Template

Hi,

we are using Big Gantt in Jira-Cloud. Additional we installed Big Template.

03.JPGNow we try to export out of Big Gantt using the export button.

We get allways an error message that this functin need an additional add on.

02.JPGBut as you can see above the add on is already installed.

Any idea what I need to do?

Hi all , the problem still exists in 2021. Could anyone from "Big template" team help?

If the team couldn't help, Should Atlassian take down the app from the marketplace? 

As many people pay for the application and suffer from this issue.

Please be advised that NodeJS installation is necessary for BigTemplate to work properly. Installation steps can be found here. Moreover, I enclose the link to the general installation guide.
