BigTemple not exporting to PDF

Hi there!

I recently added a free trial of BigTemplate to use with my BigPicture app. I am able to export all tools to PDF except for Board and Calendar. It gets stuck on the "exporting....please wait" page and the export never happens. Is there something I am doing wrong or is there a setting that needs to be adjusted in order to access the export to PDF feature for Board and Calendar?
