Balsamiq unknown macro

Hello,

I have subscribed to balsamiq atlassian product, and I try to create mockup from a page of confluence, but when I register it seems ok, but there is no view of my mockup from the page, only the smiley logo of balsamiq. And when i edit the page, there is only the smiley logo of balsamiq with the mention "Macro unknown" / "Macro inconnue".

I can't find anything on web to solve the problem.
