Auto close ticket

if a ticket is open, or accepted, or in clarification and after comment from an admin there is no answer from someone else, then the ticket will be rejected and closed automatically.

Are you using the JIRA Automation plugin?

 

Is the logic you're looking to implement the following? 🤓

 

  1. If a ticket is at a status of open, and has been commented by a user within the admin group, and there is no further comment within x amount of time then set a status of closed and a resolution of rejected
  2. If a ticket is at a status of acceptedand has been commented by a user within the admin group, and there is no further comment within x amount of time then set a status of closed and a resolution of rejected
  3. If a ticket is  at a status of in clarification, and has been commented by a user within the admin group, and there is no further comment within x amount of time then set a status of closed and a resolution of rejected

Yes we are using JIRA Automation plugin.
